With an emphasis on breath, alignment, and intentional movement, we explore classic postures step-by-step, offering modifications and guidance to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or revisiting the basics with fresh eyes, this class creates a supportive space to cultivate strength, balance, and awareness—both on and off the mat. Expect a slower pace, clear instruction, and time to truly understand the how and why behind each pose.
