Inviting your inner artist to emerge, this session melds the creative process with yoga’s core principles through external and internal observation. You’ll get to put pen to paper and go through the Astanga ½ Primary Series, followed by a guided meditation rooted in the art of noticing. Tune in to tune out as we find stillness, presence, and inspiration.
