The Intersection of Psychology and Spirituality
with Ryan Love – Saturday, June 20
11:00 AM – Yoga Practice
12:00 PM – Discussion

Complimentary/Donation

Modern psychology and the spiritual traditions of yoga both seek to answer some of life’s deepest questions: Who am I? Why do I suffer? How do I live with greater peace and meaning?
Join us for a two-hour workshop exploring the meeting point between inner healing and spiritual awakening. We will begin with a one-hour yoga, breath, and meditation practice designed to cultivate awareness and presence. Following the practice, we will gather for an engaging discussion on topics such as the ego, emotions, conditioning, attachment, mindfulness, and the relationship between psychological growth and spiritual realization.

Together, we will examine where psychology and spirituality complement one another, where they differ, and how both can support a more conscious, compassionate, and authentic life.
Open to practitioners of all levels and anyone interested in self-discovery.
