Sacred Dialogs is a guided inquiry circle exploring the spiritual philosophy of the Bhagavad Gītā as a foundational yoga text (Yoga Śāstra) and a practical guide for conscious living.
Rather than a lecture format, the session uses Community of Inquiry methods inspired by philosopher Matthew Lipman, creating a respectful, thoughtful space where participants explore questions together.

Topics may include:
• Purpose and meaning in yogic life
• The nature of the self and consciousness
• Action, intention, and inner freedom
• Applying yoga wisdom to modern daily life

Participants are encouraged to listen deeply, reflect honestly, and share at their own comfort level. No philosophical background is required—curiosity and openness are enough.
Each gathering concludes with a wholesome vegetarian dinner, allowing conversation to continue informally while fostering warmth, connection, and community.

Donations welcome.
