Join us for an 8-week journey into the heart of yoga — where body, breath, and mind come together in steady awareness. Each week builds progressively, introducing foundational āsanas (postures), simple yet powerful prāṇāyāma (breathing techniques), and guided meditation practices to calm and focus the mind.
The course includes eight classes exploring key areas of practice: twists, forward folds, backbends, hips, shoulders, low back & abs, restorative postures, and balanced sequences that integrate it all. This series is open to all skill levels — whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to refresh your practice. In a supportive, nonjudgmental space, you’ll learn not only how to practice yoga safely and effectively, but also why these timeless methods continue to transform lives today.
All are welcome. Mats and props are available at the studio. Just bring curiosity, comfort, and a willingness to explore. You may also drop-in to any one class.
