Marnix Hol
Marnix is Head of Product at Mollie, leading New Product Initiatives after scaling core experiences in Onboarding and Merchant Experience domains. With 10 years of product experience in fast-growing scale-ups across fintech and e-commerce, he brings a sharp eye for user-centric design and a bias for simple, high-impact solutions. He’s especially curious about how emerging technologies like AI are reshaping the way great products get built.

Francesco Passone
Francesco is a seasoned leader in the fintech space with 15 years of experience working for companies like Klarna, PAY.ON and HYPE in a wide a range of roles. He has hands-on expertise in crafting technical solutions to improve the checkout experience for the world’s largest retailers as well as in leading market expansion initiatives from launch to reaching tangible results.

Veronica Rosso
Veronica Rosso is a go-to-market leader with 15+ years of experience in enterprise and consumer tech. She spent 16 years in the U.S. working at Meta, eBay, and PwC, focusing on marketing strategy, GTM execution, and tech transformation. At Meta, she led GenAI product marketing for WhatsApp and held strategic roles across marketing and consulting. Veronica holds an MBA from Università Cattolica and Strathclyde Business School, and a degree in Economics from Università Cattolica. She now lives in Milan with her family.
