Join Us to Explore Tools That Take us on a Journey to a Healthier You and Me

WHO: We are two ladies on a journey to better health who have joined forces with a two-fold goal; achieving better overall health AND weight loss. We are excited about inviting other “likeminded” individuals to join us on this educational and fun adventure. Our desire is to cultivate an environment of positive affirmations and personal enrichment, while supporting one another on our respective journeys.

WHAT: Mind Over Matter is about utilizing aspects of Carnivore, Keto/Low Carb and intermittent fasting protocols to help us achieve our goals and exploring the emotional relationship we have with food.

WHEN & WHERE: Group meetings will be held in a comfortable supportive environment.

Mondays - 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

A fee will be charged to offset administrative program costs. Guests and members may attend once for free.

$12 per session

How: (Filling Your Mind Over Matter Toolbox): Each meeting we will focus on a specific topic (handouts provided), include an opportunity for group members to share their WOWS and WOES of the week (successes and stumbling blocks), and sample some healthy food options (recipes provided). We will also periodically enjoy video clips from experts on the cutting edge of nutritional research and participate in community building activities.

WHY: To gather tools to help each of us develop a personalized sustainable lifestyle and become healthier individuals.
