ABOUT THIS CIRCLE
When adult children leave the house, we mothers might feel on a roller coaster of emotions: excitement, sadness, happiness, fear, and anxiety.
We are witnessing our children living their own lives without us. Sometimes we feel ok, sometimes we don’t.
This based-fee support group is a place for those seeking clarity on this new chapter.
Below is the organization of the circle
1 facilitator: Sophie Malahieude
1-hour length
5-10 min: Presentation of each member
5-10 min: Guided meditation
30-40 min: Sharing time. Everyone has the opportunity to speak, to ask, and to support others.
10 min: We finish with some takeaways to continue our personal growth.
We meet every other Wednesday from 5:00 to 6:00 PM
