As moms, it's challenging to take time out for ourselves. It's something we get to be intentional about and most times, unfortunately, we don't do it. So, I am challenging you each week to take some time out and come exchange beautiful, raw, authentic, supportive energy with a group of dope moms that are on this journey and trying to figure this mommy shi\*t out.

Whether its 2 of us or 40 of us, I will be there every single week to talk about the hard stuff, the fun stuff, the creative stuff, the sad stuff...all the STUFF.....WITH SOLUTIONS. This won't just be a cry fest I promise..LOL
