Hello My Friends,
ANNOUNCEMENT OF THIS GROUPS CLOSING.

Impermanence in all things.

The time has come, after nearly 10 years of running this group on my own, to retire from this format and take a break. I am well in body and mind but there is a season for all things. I have thoughts to offer occasional longer workshops in the future and some online content but as yet, these are still just wishes.

I would like to offer my huge gratitude to all those of you who have visited and been a part of this Sangha, a deep bow to you all.

I anticipate our last meeting will be in mid April, please check the events page as usual.

A gentle evening of guided and silent meditation, in the secular Buddhist tradition. We usually start with a short talk on an aspect of the dharma, followed by meditation, partially guided, partially silent. There is then space to inquire into our practice and experience, if you wish. We then conclude with a short meditation practice.
Please feel free to make your practice as comfortable as possible.
These evenings are open to all, complete beginners to those who may have an established practice. Feel free to contact me and ask any questions. Finally, despite the large membership of this group, our evenings are quiet and intimate with small groups.
