Learning Opportunities are given through teaching, sharing, practice, movement, meditation & energetic healing, for the highest level of personal transformation. We first learn NEW TECHNIQUES for holding space and practice them within the safe space of our class. We are then able to bring them into our lives and watch how magically our lives and experiences can transform.

ONLINE CLASS: Join us for four interactive class meetings, where we will learn how to more effectively hold our space, through NEW POWERFUL TECHNIQUES, guidance, practice, meditation and energetic healing.
