Join us for a gentle and empowering virtual gathering designed to help moms start the new year with intention, compassion, and self-love. This session will focus on creating a Weekly Self-Loving Task Journal — a simple, realistic approach to self-care that fits into real life, not perfection or pressure.
Together, we’ll reflect, write, and intentionally design small daily tasks that support our mental, emotional, and physical well-being from Monday through Friday. This is not about adding more to your to-do list — it’s about choosing yourself in meaningful, doable ways.
Whether you’re feeling motivated, overwhelmed, or somewhere in between, this space is for you. Come as you are, bring a journal, and let’s begin the year by caring for ourselves with the same love we give to others. 💖
