### 🌸 Virtual Session Description – January 9th at 6:00 PM 🌸
Join us for a gentle and empowering virtual gathering designed to help moms start the new year with intention, compassion, and self-love. This session will focus on creating a Weekly Self-Loving Task Journal — a simple, realistic approach to self-care that fits into real life, not perfection or pressure.
Together, we’ll reflect, write, and intentionally design small daily tasks that support our mental, emotional, and physical well-being from Monday through Friday. This is not about adding more to your to-do list, it’s about choosing yourself in meaningful, doable ways.
Whether you’re feeling motivated, overwhelmed, or somewhere in between, this space is for you. Come as you are, bring a journal, and let’s begin the year by caring for ourselves with the same love we give to others. 💖
### ✍️ Session Writing Task: A Letter to Yourself
Purpose:
This exercise invites you to pause and reflect on the year you’re leaving behind while setting intentions for the year ahead. You’ll write a personal letter to yourself, honoring what 2025 held and gently naming what you hope for in 2026. ( Stay Active with us) Helpful Guiding Questions will be provided throughout the days leading up to session.

- Write as if you are speaking to a close friend with honesty, kindness, and compassion.
- There is no right or wrong way to do this. This letter is just for you.
- Focus on reflection, growth, and intention not perfection.
