I didn’t grow up where mental health was a thing. I was shamed for doing something wrong and then not given the tools to help me through it or learn from it. I kept making the same mistakes over and over and over and wondering what was wrong with me. My parents didn’t have the tools to teach me how to be mindful or resilient. I don’t even think they knew what that was.
How different would your life be if your parents had the tools to teach you about mental health? If you had learned how to deal with your emotions instead of shoving them deep deeeeeeep down? To always come back to your home base (yourself) and have it always be your guiding light. To know that you would be okay no matter what life threw at you because you had these tools. I know my life would have gone VERY different. Here is your opportunity to give your kids those tools.
A special opportunity to teach our kiddo(s) about slowing down and being mindful. We will guide our little ones through a fun and empowering journey where we will practice short meditations, breathwork, journaling, embracing "I am..." statements, and tuning into their inner knowing.
Anyone under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a guardian.
