Hi & Welcome to our newest members!

It's great to meet you! I am a mother daughter connection coach. Many of my clients have a wound with their own mom and they just will not let themselves experience the same with their daughter. I was one of them!

After having a huge break breakthrough in awareness recently, I felt called to offer a gathering to discuss it. Here is a brief post on social. View in Instagram or View in Facebook

I had an experience with my mom on Memorial Day that will continue to shift my story and life going forward. She laughed (at me) in a challenging moment and I asked her about it instead of keeping the same thoughts as I've had for 50 years. Laughing is one of her trauma responses and I had begun making it mean a lot of ugly things about myself as a young child.

As I've shared it with a few women, they resonated deeply even if the circumstance wasn't exactly the same. This is not a topic that many of us go around talking about. This is an opportunity for you to be seen and heard and to begin to pull apart the story you have created.

I realize that integrating this new information with our younger self is necessary, once ready. So I will offer a couple of ways to begin that process.

Pease bring a notebook or journal or wherever you like to record your thoughts. We are meeting virtually on Zoom.

Thank You for being here. I am sending you so much love.
Tina, xx
