Let's get together at Cherrywood Coffeehouse, a casual and inviting place for connection and conversation.

We are forming a community of women to learn how we can repair relationships with our adult children and to be witnessed with compassion. We all realize there are no easy answers, but there IS hope. This is a journey; the starting point is learning about ourselves in what might be new and expansive ways. And we heal in community.

At our first meeting, when I introduced the book, "Mother Hunger" by Kelly McDaniel, everyone was excited to read it together. So I encourage you to get a copy of the book (you can find it for less than $10 on Ebay) and read the Introduction and chapters 1 and 2. This will be the theme of our next meetup on December 11th.

For me and every women I know who has read Mother Hunger, this book has been an enlightening, life changing, affirming, and powerful tool in understanding myself as a daughter first - and then as a mother.

Please bring a journal and a pen, and your copy of the book.

If you'd like to learn more about me and my journey, visit my website at www.laurielevitan.com.

Please RSVP to save your spot, but if we fill up, come anyway! There's plenty of room!

HOW TO FIND US: As you enter the Cherrywood Coffeehouse, look to the right. There's an area separated by a low wall. We're there.
