Venting, Anger, Grief - Big Emotions Allowed

Details
Big Emotions Allowed Group Call - Sunday, October 18th @ 6:00pm
Today is World Mental Health Day, so I thought it was a good time to get something on the calendar for us, because....the truth is, moms are being hit hard right now. Many are overwhelmed with work, family and declining mental, emotional and physical health. If you're feeling like this, I've got you :-)
I'm devoted to providing a safe space for you and your big emotions.
Q. Do you need to just get it out?
Q. Are you looking for a grief buddy to help you handle all the freakin' insane loss that's happened this year?
Q. Are you feeling isolated and contracted?
Feeling heard and validating is a top priority right now. It will take the pressure off by letting off some steam.
{Discussion/Practice For This Call: Learning How To Emotionally Validate Yourself For Mental And Emotional Healing}
This is just the kind of support, collaboration and community of like-minded moms that can help you build resilience and weather this unprecedented time. We'll help each other and get through it together.
From one momma to another, I'm here to help. Please join me on Sunday, October 18th at 6:00 pm for a group call. RSVP and you'll receive a link to join the call 48 hours before event.
Reach out with any questions or suggestion about how I can keep supporting you.
Big, virtual hug, Lorie

What My Clients Are Saying:
“Lorie is just brilliant at what she does. I have a lot on my plate (as do most people:-) and I get overwhelmed easily. Lorie teaches me ways to relax and bring myself to a place where I am calm. By using her techniques, I feel clear-headed and focused.. and much happier. It's such a blessing to have her in my life.” Dhira K.

“I’m a mom of two kids and found myself moody and irritated at them all the time. I knew I needed help when I started crying over things that were no big deal. I was referred to Lorie by a dear friend, so I reached out to her for some support to make some changes. Lorie helped me to identify where I was giving too much of myself, and how to set some boundaries. She also helped me to quickly calm myself down by teaching me simple, fun, creative ways to reset my nervous system. I’m sleeping better and my family says I’m more fun to be around.” Shirley T.
"Love the Self-Care Project For Moms program. Insanely cheap and super relevant to my personal life. It's the next best thing to having Lorie as your personal coach.!" Samantha S.
