Mother Love Group

This is a paid group, with fee due to RSVP to hold your space in advance as space is limited. Submit $40 via Venmo to @NatalieDFoster to secure your spot!

Mamas - join us for another Mother Love community group! Now more than ever mamas need community and connection to each other- to fill our cups and step into our highest selves so we can best serve those we love. Join us for the next group- includes supportive dialogue, meditation and mindfulness exercises and discussion, and intuitive art making to tap into your inner knowing. Groups are led by Natalie, a board-certified art therapist and marriage and family therapist, and intuitive coach, but note that the group is not considered a form of therapy.

Bites and beverages (from Postino wine cafe) and all needed art materials will be provided. Babies and kids are welcome if you cannot find or afford a sitter, but it is recommended that you use the time to invest in yourself more fully if possible. Again the group is by reservation only as space is limited, so please RSVP by sending your $40 Venmo fee to @NatalieDFoster. This Venmo will serve as your ticket when you arrive.
