Join Jill Emmerich and Salima Silverman as they allow parents and kids to experience the two classes each share at Monarch Wellness. (CATERPILLAR KIDS: consists of Cooperative Club w/ Jill Emmerich, and Focused Yoga w/ Salima Silverman.)
For ages 4 and up. Structured activities and yoga to help active children improve self-control and social skills.
1st and 3rd Wednesday—COOPERATIVE CLUB with behavior specialist Jill Emmerich, BCaBA.
Build social and communication skills by practicing getting along better with others, including sharing, taking turns, following directions, and healthy expression of emotions.
2nd and 4th Wednesday—FOCUSED YOGA with children’s yoga teacher Salima Silverman.
Specialized yoga for active caterpillars to improve focus and attention with appropriate release of energy.
