### So funktioniert's

💻 Komm jederzeit in den Video-Chat, solange der Raum geöffnet ist.
🎥Du kannst Kamera und Mikrofon einschalten, damit eine produktive Arbeitsatmosphäre entsteht, musst aber nicht.
📝 Schreibe beim Beitritt eine kurze Beschreibung deines Business in den Chat (kein Pitch – nur kurz, woran du arbeitest).
🤫 Während der Arbeitsphasen arbeiten alle fokussiert an ihren eigenen Projekten.
⏰ Etwa alle 60 Minuten machen wir eine kurze Pause (oder früher, wenn alle zustimmen).
💬 In den Pausen können wir uns austauschen, Fragen stellen, Ideen teilen oder über unsere Businesses sprechen.
🤝 Networking und Kooperationen können sich ergeben, stehen aber nicht im Vordergrund.

🎥 Keep your camera and microphone on to create a productive working atmosphere.
📝 When you join, post a brief description of your business in the chat (not a pitch—just a short note about what you're working on).
🤫 During work sessions, everyone focuses on their own projects. Please avoid conversations so no one gets distracted.
⏰ About every 60 minutes, we'll take a short break (or earlier if everyone agrees).
💬 During the breaks, we can chat, ask questions, share ideas, or talk about our businesses.
🤝 Networking and collaborations may happen naturally, but they are not the main focus.
