Monkey Barre Fitness: Outdoor Circuit Workout 🐒
Think Pilates in combat boots—a tough-love, low-impact circuit workout designed to build strength, improve endurance, and get you moving again.
You’ll rotate through stations using push-up bars, dip bars, and weighted bars, plus bodyweight moves that challenge your whole body without high-impact strain.
📍 Where: Local park in Manteca
(Event location announced to registered attendees only.)
👥 Who: Minimum 4 people, to a Maximum of 8 people
VALUE: ($34 per session)... but this session is FREE!
🐒 Bring water, wear comfortable workout clothes, and be ready for a fun, motivating bodyweight vs. gravity workout.
⏰ Arrive on Time for the Best Experience!
The goal is everyone gets the full warm-up and instructions before jumping in, because this keeps you safe, helps you get the most out of the workout, and keeps the group moving together with fewer distractions... 💚 so if you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you'll be required to sit this one out and join us next time.
