Guided Snowshoeing Day Hike in the Furggelenstock Moorland (Schwyz)
Hoch-Ybrig Talstation, Laucherenstrasse, Oberiberg, CHYour registration will only be valid if you sign up on our website. Here is the link to sign up.
----
The rolling moorland north of Ibergeregg is ideal for a snowshoe tour between Christmas and New Year. You will be accompanied all day by panoramic views of the Glarus and the inner Schwyz Alps.
This trip is led by Tatjana Probst, mountain leader.
Event description
Meet Tatjana at Oberiberg (Talstation) at 09:45. After checking everyone’s equipment and getting ready, we start our climb towards Furggelenstock through quiet forests and across snowy pastures, away from the ski-area hustle. The route continues along the ridge towards Ibergeregg. The ridge is really stunning: on one side you see Druesberg, Tödi, and Glärnisch, and on the other, the famous Mythen, Rigi, and Pilatus. At the end of the hike, we can have a hot drink at Ibergeregg pass before heading back home.
