A refreshing weekend connecting with nature and ourselves. We'll spend the night at the amazing 'Ze Seewjinu' (2300m) and welcome the next day with an enlivening Yoga Hatha.

This event is led by Touring Monkey's partners, Aurélie Bourquin and Noemi Dupertuis, mountain leaders, and Steffi Götzenberger, yoga teacher.

What's the plan?
Saturday:

• 09:00 - 15:00 Guided hike from Täschalp to Grünsee and into the Berghaus "Ze Seewjinu"
• 17:00 Yin Yoga 75'
• 19:00 Dinner
• 21:30 Yoga Nidra 20'

Sunday:

• 06:30 Yoga Hatha 60'
• 08:00 Breakfast
• 09:30 - 16:00 Guided hike in the "lost valley" and return to Zermatt

Technical information

About 5 hours of walking every day.

Requirements
To join this event, you must be a fit hiker and familiar with small trails both downhill and uphill. No yoga knowledge required, perfect for beginners in yoga.

Insurance
It is the participant's responsibility to get health and accident insurances that cover mountain rescue, including extreme sports. Becoming a Rega patron is highly recommended (CHF 40 per year only for emergency medical assistance from the air).

How to get there
If you are traveling from Zurich by public transport, we recommend you to take the following:

• Saturday: Zurich HB 06:02 - 08:59 Täsch (via Visp)
• Sunday: Zermatt 16:13 - 19:28 Zurich HB (via Visp and Bern) - depending on what time the event finishes

Pricing
The price for this event is CHF 410.
(A 10% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking. We will then contact you and send you the details for the payment of the balance).
