Step outside and sign up for our Outdoor Rock Climbing 3-course series. You will learn new skills, discover beautiful climbing spots, and find the joy in outdoor climbing. 3 weekends in 3 different Swiss regions. Choose to participate in one, two, or all three courses to become a confident climber!

These climbing course series are led by Ubaldo Montes de Oca Luna, certified climbing instructor.

Course 3 - Introduction to Outdoor Climbing 3/3 - Alpine Rock Climbing
Put your freshly acquired skills from courses 1 & 2 to the test during a full rock climbing weekend. All your skills come together: lead climbing, belaying and anchor building in an alpine environment. Test yourself against the rock and achieve your climbing goals. Wrap up this climbing course series with an overnight stay and two full days of practice together. It's the perfect way to conclude your journey and solidify your skills in a fun environment!

What’s the plan?
Join Ubaldo at a designated meeting point in Ticino on Saturday morning. From there, we will head to the crag and refresh the techniques learned in course 2, enjoy some climbing and acquire more advanced skills.

After a fulfilling day of climbing, we'll extend our stay in Ticino, enjoying the evening with good conversations, a nice Italian dinner, and perhaps some wine.

After breakfast on Sunday, we will continue to explore the area by heading to another crag and practice the skills we learned on Saturday. After a second full day of climbing, we will head back to the train station to get back home, eager for future adventures

Requirements
Participation in Course 2/3 - Lead Climbing or previous experience with indoor or outdoor lead climbing.

Insurance
It is the participant's responsibility to get health and accident insurances that cover mountain rescue, including extreme sports. Becoming a Rega patron is highly recommended (CHF 40 per year only for emergency medical assistance from the air).

How to get there
As soon as the final location is determined, we will communicate the recommended trains or car parking options.

Please be aware that, depending on weather conditions, the event location may be subject to change. The final location will be communicated to you a few days prior to the event. The chosen location will be reachable within 2 hours from Zurich via public transportation, ensuring an easy access for everyone.

The price for this event is CHF 450.
