Walk to Symonds Yat Rock viewpoint and boat tour

Symonds Yat Rock viewpoint is well known as one of the best places in the country to watch Peregrine Falcons.

Boat tours depart from The Saracen’s Head Inn and last 40 minutes. The first tour is at 11:45am and costs £12.00 for one adult on the day. It’s a good idea to bring cash, as the card machine doesn’t always work onboard. There is a restaurant at The Saracen’s Head or a cafe near the viewpoint if anyone would like food afterwards.

There is a great view of the house they used in ‘Sex Education’ from the river. Meeting point will be outside the toilets in the car park.
