Walk from Gilwern to the ruins of the 18th century Clydach Ironworks, mostly along quiet country lanes through Clydach Gorge, stopping along the way at the old Gilwern Railway Station, walking through the tunnel under and briefly along the canal at Gilwern.

Meet outside The Towpath Inn, Gilwern

The walk will take approximately 2 hours, we can then meet in Abergavenny for food.
