The Bristol Light Festival is a vibrant, free of charge, celebration that transforms Bristol’s streets, squares and public spaces into an outdoor gallery of spectacular light-based art. The festival invites people of all ages to explore a trail across the city centre of illuminated installations created by local, national and international artists.

We will meet for the light trail at 5:40 PM outside of the entrance to Arnolfini on Narrow Quay.

We are also planning on an optional visit to Bristol's V-Shed Wetherspoons for food before we start the light trial.

Most of us will be getting the 15:24 train from Severn Tunnel Junction to Bristol Temple Meads and will walk from there to V-Shed, where we should arrive by 4:20 PM, if we don't stop on the way.

Due to train times, we will will likely end the event near to Temple Meads station, where it is an easy walk back to the start, for those not getting the train back.

We will be leaving outside Arnolfini at or very soon after 5:40, so please make sure to be there by then. You are welcome to join us in V-Shed (located opposite Arnolfini on the other side of the river) anytime before we leave.

We will post a comment here when we are in V-Shed with the location of where we are in there.
