Monopoly Power vs Democracy - Pennsylvania

We have a new name for this group, to better reflect what it's about.

Monopoly power is a major cause of economic problems, related to poverty, inequality, unaffordable housing, unaffordable medical care, shortages of job choices, etc.

In the last ten years, there has been the rise of a new anti-monopoly movement to address the problem, instead of only trying to treat the symptoms.

A constitutional democracy can only be sustained if the economy is not dominated by monopolies and cartels, which then distort the political system.

We're currently meeting mostly online, but some of us might meet in person sometimes in the York-Harrisburg-Lancaster area, and some might meet in person in other parts of the state. We're networking with others who address this issue, including seeking legislation and candidates for office.
