If you are interested in meditation, expanded awareness, stress reduction, lucid dreaming, out of body experiences or deep relaxation, then this group is for you.

The Monroe Institute in Virginia, USA has been a global pioneer in consciousness research for over 50 years.
Our methods are built around the use of customized unique meditation audio signals that make reaching deep meditative states significantly easier and Bob Monroe's unique system of altered states of consciousness called Focus Levels.

We intend to start holding regular monthly meetings in-person in Frankfurt in order to explore our consciousness together and support each other on our journeys inward and outward.
Each session we will listen to 1 or 2 tracks using Monroe sound technology, share our experiences and then end with an open discussion.

This group is open to all those who know there has to be something more to this life and want to find out what it is they're looking for, reach some deep meditative states in a group setting, and have great conversation with like-minded people.
