Helena GIS Meetup Mapathon

Details
Join us for an evening of humanitarian mapping!
We'll be working with the Missing Maps Project (http://www.missingmaps.org/) to help map areas where humanitarian organizations are trying to meet the needs of vulnerable people. In honor of International Women's Day and Women's History Month, we will be assisting the Tanzania Development Trust (http://www.tanzdevtrust.org/) in mapping villages to help prevent female genital mutilation (FGM).
Some computers will be provided in the Lewis & Clark Library Computer Lab, but we encourage you to bring your own laptop along with a mouse if you can.
**Don't forget to create a user account beforehand at OpenStreetMap (https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/new)
No prior mapping experience necessary
Pizza and beverages will be provided courtesy of MAGIP (http://www.magip.org)
