What we’re about

This group is all about stress relief, finding balance in turmoil and getting support to look after yourself in a way that promotes healing and health.

The offerings will include meetups that are both in person, hybrid and online and that draw on the modalities of yoga, meditation, Ayurveda and Energy Healing.

I hope to support all those who are interested in holistic modalities and wellness that includes the mental / emotional / energetic body as well as the physical.

Future events include weekly ayurvdeic lifestyle coaching and healing meditations and yoga classes.
