Juror Rights Outreach - Montgomery County Courthouse

From: James B.
Sent on: Wednesday, January 25, 2012, 12:35 AM
Hi Folks,

FIJA pamphleting is so easy at the Montgomery County courthouse. One or two people can reach virtually all potential jurors in about 45 minutes. They all walk across the street in the same place.

After at least a dozen secessions, the cops have never even given us a dirty look. The tri-fold I pass out is attached.

The problem is that the best window of opportunity is 7:30 - 8:15 AM. That's a tough shift for most of us. But imagine that you or your friend was on trial for a victimless crime. It happens all the time. We can make a difference.

If you are free on any weekday morning, please let me know. You could be the reason that a peaceful person avoids jail.

Also, if you would like to help pay for pamphlets, please let me know.

Meetup RSVP: https://www.meetup...

Thanks,

Jim Babb
