What we’re about

The goal of this group is to

  1. Create more positive in our community by first developing positivity within ourselves by practicing positive actions like laughter yoga, deep breathing, and Meditation
  2. Create a supportive community of like minded individuals that support each other through life challenges and celebrations of each other’s success.

I hope to meet people that want to learn more about the powerful and healing benefits of laughter yoga , meditation, and breathe work.

This is a drug free event. No alcohol, no drugs, no pot. We will be practicing what we want to create in this world more positive and joy by doing laughter exercise, deep breathing, and heart centered meditations. Lastly, encourage each other to do something positive for ourselves and our community in the week to come! We will stretch, breathe, laugh and meditate together. Children & well behaved dogs are welcome.

After we are all welcomed to go get some food or play in the water together.

Suggested Donations of 10 always welcome and not required.
