Please bring

1. Beach blankets & yoga mat. You can bring both or just one. Make sure your comfort to lay down or sit on it in the sand.
2. Water/ hydration drink no alcohol please
3. A blanket to cover yourself for meditation
4. An open heart and mind
5. A heartfelt suggested donation of 10.00 per person is welcomed, thank you 🙏🌈

Expect to laugh, practice deep breathing, and meditate together.
