What we’re about
Our season begins January 1st and ends December 31st. We are a year round camping group. This group is a camping open to all kinds of camping: We do snow camping, camping and foraging, camping and clamming, riverside camping, van camping, car camping, and many other kinds of camping usually within a 3 hour drive from the Seattle Metro.
The emphasis is on campers who like to camp, hike, explore the local town, raft, or just hang around a campfire with a book with the option of joining others for loosely organized activities.
You are responsible for booking your own campsite or finding another member to share. Place a happy face at your site to identify yourself as a meetup group member.
We don't schedule every minute as we are mature enough to make connections to do things and know how to be on our own when we choose.
After attending your first meetup, you'll have the names down and the organizers can guide you as to who likes to do what during the day.
