Practice conscious breathing techniques to focus the mind, cultivate present-moment awareness and create a state of calm in the body & mind through the nervous system. Relax in meditation, connect with heart & soul, and open to spirit & love.

Being with breath & heart in present awareness, come into presence with the One who loves you most. Resting in God's peaceful presence & perfect love, receiving healing & restoration by His grace.

All you need is an open, quiet space with a comfortable seat for this 45 minute online class.
