This will be a guided realty preview tour. FREE to anyone interested in real estate investing & education. We will be meeting at a particular fixer upper property once a month. A realtor will guide discussion, & instruct on what to look for when purchasing a fixer upper. We will be going over the numbers. & plans to do a proper home remodel for a fix & flip or rental unit. The kind of real estate will vary: Single family, multi family, or commercial real estate.
