This session will be a space to release what you no longer wish to carry into the new year, to shift old patterns and to step into a more empowered version of yourself

How does the session unfold?
We start with an opening circle where I introduce myself, set the framework, explain the breathing technique, and walk you through what to expect during the session
Then comes the main part: 1 hour of breathwork. You'll be lying down with your eyes closed, guided by a specially curated playlist. We begin with 10 minutes of nasal breathing to ground and prepare, followed by 50 minutes of mouth breathing to go deeper and access the memories and emotions stored in your body
We close with a time for relaxation and integration, followed by a closing circle where we come together to share and complete the experience.
