Overview
The room builds together. Teams form on the spot, pick a real problem, and vibe code something that actually runs. Bring your laptop.
Multiplayer Vibe Coding.
Montreal AI Night is back for Edition #6, the first night of the fall season, and this one is not a talk. It is a build.
You have watched someone demo a workflow. You have read the thread. What you have not done is sit in a room of 60 people, form a team with three strangers in ninety seconds, pick a problem one of you actually has, and ship a working thing before the drinks come out.
That is the whole night.
No slides. No panel. Screens on, prompts visible, stack in the open, built live in front of you.
What works gets copied. What breaks gets explained.
### What happens on the night
Teams form in the room. Turn of the Table first, so you know who to walk up to before anyone opens an editor
Real problems only. Someone at your table brings the four hours a week they keep losing. That is the brief
The stack stays visible. Claude, n8n, MCPs, browser agents, whatever the team reaches for, on screen the whole time
Demos at the end. Every team shows what it got running, including the parts that fell over
### Who this is for
The Curious. You come with the problems. Operators of your own day, professionals and founders who know exactly which four hours a week are being wasted, and want to watch AI take a real swing at it. You do not need to code. Every team needs the person who knows the actual problem better than the tooling.
The Builders. You come with the solutions. Devs, automators, consultants and creators already shipping. You are here to build in front of people, compare notes with others doing the same, steal the patterns worth stealing, and find the person you build the next thing with.
The Operators. You run the business. You already know AI has to get into it, and you have neither the time nor the interest to learn the tooling yourself. You have budget to solve that. This is the room where you see what is actually possible, in real time, and meet the builders who can do it for you.
One room, three routes in, same way out: with something that runs and the right people met.
### The night flow
7:00 to 7:15 PM: doors open, name tags, first conversations
7:15 to 7:25 PM: opening word, why this edition, why now, how the room works tonight
7:25 to 7:55 PM: Turn of the Table, about ninety seconds each, everyone in the room
7:55 to 8:45 PM: Multiplayer Vibe Coding, teams build live
8:45 to 9:00 PM: demos and open Q&A
9:00 to 10:00 PM: open networking and drinks, unstructured on purpose
