About us

Hello, beautiful and brave soul.
This group is created to connect inspiring individuals who feel the yearning for deeper meaning in life, whose curiosity for the subtlest expressions of the human spirit moves them forward and ignites their spark. This group is for seekers and explorers, compassionate and creative beings. It is for sensitive as well as brave souls who want to expand their minds and hearts in order to bring more love and impactful change into the world.

~ What will we do? ~
Consistently, we will gather to engage in Yoga and Guided meditation practices.

~ The goal of this group ~
- Connect spiritual seekers, empaths, creative individuals and HSPs of Montreal;
- Help us develop our strengths by getting to know them in a safe environment;
- Connect with our deeper selves through Yogic exercises and meditation practice;
- Encourage each other to be our beautiful true selves and a force of positive change in the world.

~ What are the Yogic meditation practices? ~

~ The main idea behind this group ~
The goal is to create a safe, inspiring, and authentic atmosphere to support one another’s growth and build strong inner balance and stability in each of us. We will use Yogic exercises and meditation practices as tools to deepen our connection with what's real inside. By becoming more loving, compassionate, brave and connected to our core values, we will discover the gifts we can bring into the world.

If you’re drawn to being in a supportive community and becoming an inspiring individual, this space is for you :)

"And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we're liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others." ~ "A Return to Love" by Marianne Williamson
