HSPs - Collective meditation by a riverside

Details
Hello dear friend,
Everyone seemed to enjoy the location last weekend, let's meet in the same place! This time on Sunday morning 🌄
This is going to be a rather small gathering in a quiet park by a riverside with some picturesque views and in the company of friendly Canadian geese :)
~
If you’re a highly sensitive person (HSP) or a spiritual seeker who feels drawn to deepen your inner life through contemplative practice—while being supported by a community that truly understands you—I encourage you to join us for this gathering of our meditative circle.
Think of this as a shared exhale—a place where we return to ourselves through presence, breath, and quiet connection.
Together, we’ll explore stillness and presence through a mix of guided meditation, dynamic movement-based meditation, reflective talk, and an open Q&A session. Whether you are new to meditation or have been practicing for years, you are welcome here just as you are.
There’s no need to bring anything except your open heart and curious mind. As highly sensitive people, we’ll reflect on the unique gifts we carry: like deep listening, intuition, and emotional depth; explore the ways how Yogic philosophy and practices can be of help in bringing balance and healing.
~
Please come and let’s breathe, ground, and grow together in a circle of mindful, heart-centered beings.
You are warmly invited.
