HSPs - Yoga & Collective meditation

Hello dear friend,
I am happy to be back with a beautiful co-organizer, new inspiration and our shared new vision for the group, and I hope you will find it meaningful and supportive for your own journey of self-discovery.
Our idea is for us to gather consistently throughout the year and, layer by layer, peel away all that keeps us from being the light we are. And, step by step, grow inner knowing and confidence in the idea that, through our own transformation, we can build a world filled with care, support, and mindfulness.
“What would it look like in practice?” - you may ask :)
This weekend, we will have a mix of:
- Yoga,
- Dynamic movement-based meditation,
- Guided meditation,
- and a Reflective talk / an open discussion session.
But don't you worry :) Whether you’re new to meditation, yoga or have practiced for years, you are welcome here just as you are.
The goal is to create a safe, inspiring, and authentic atmosphere for HSPs, creatives, empaths and all who want to learn more about meditation and Yogic lifestyle - to support each other’s growth and build strong inner balance and stability in all of us.
We will use Yogic Practices of meditation and asanas as tools to deepen our connection with what's real inside. By becoming more loving, compassionate, brave and connected to our core values, we can uncover the gifts waiting to be shared with the world.
There’s no need to bring anything except your open heart and curious mind. We’ll explore the ways in which Yogic philosophy and practices can be of help in bringing balance, strength and healing.

* This event is intended to be accessible to all. If you’re able, a suggested (but not mandatory) 5-10 CAD contribution would help cover the cost of the space.
**Each week, we alternate between Expressive art exercises and Yoga.
