HSPs - Yoga & Collective meditation

Hello dear friends,
❕ I am happy to announce that our yoga and meditation sessions, facilitated by Alexandra, a certified yoga trainer and a beautiful soul, are moving to a new studio! So please come, she will be happy to meet you there. 🌿
In these sessions, we’ll explore the ways in which yogic exercises, philosophy, and practices can help us find balance, strength, and healing.
Every two weeks, we will have:
- 1h gentle Vinyassa flow,
- 20 min guided meditation,
- 30 min discussion session on yogic philosophy.
But don't you worry :) Whether you’re new to meditation, yoga or have practiced for years, you are welcome here just as you are.
The goal is to create a safe, inspiring, and authentic space for spiritual seekers, creative souls, empaths, HSPs and all who want to learn more about meditation and yogic lifestyle -- to support each other’s growth and build strong inner balance and stability in all of us.
We will use yogic practices of meditation and asanas as tools to deepen our connection with what's real inside us. By becoming more loving, compassionate, brave and connected to our core values, we can uncover the gifts waiting to be shared with the world.
Pleease take with you comfortable clothes and a yoga mat for the practise. It you don't have a mat, you can rent one at the studio for 3 CAD.
We want this practice to be accessible to everyone, therefore the participation is donation-based. When possible, we suggest a 10-15 CAD contribution to help us cover the cost of the space
