HSPs - Yoga & Collective meditation

Hello dear friends 🌿
In these sessions, we’ll explore the ways in which yogic exercises, philosophy, and practices can help us find balance, strength, and healing.
Every two weeks, we have:
- 1 h gentle Vinyassa flow,
- 20 min guided meditation,
- 30 min discussion session on yogic philosophy.
But don't you worry :) Whether you’re new to meditation, yoga or have practiced for years, you are welcome here just as you are.
The goal is to create a safe, inspiring, and authentic space for spiritual seekers, creative souls, empaths, HSPs and all who want to learn more about meditation and yogic lifestyle -- to support each other’s growth and build strong inner balance and stability in all of us.
We will use yogic practices of meditation and asanas as tools to deepen our connection with what's real inside us. By becoming more loving, compassionate, brave and connected to our core values, we can uncover the gifts waiting to be shared with the world.
Pleease take with you comfortable clothes and a yoga mat for the practise. It you don't have a mat, you can rent one at the studio.
We want this practice to be accessible to everyone, therefore the participation is donation-based. When possible, we suggest a 10-15 CAD contribution to help us cover the cost of the space
Please come 5-10 mins in advance to have enough time to arrive in the space.
