Hello dear friends 🌿

The spring is in full bloom and we thought to try a new format (or, for those of you who are longer with the group) - re-imagine the old one. We used to gather by a riverside and spend some time together contemplating in nature🍃. Let's do something similar this spring, but in a different location and a slightly different flow! Please join us for a meditation in the Sir-Wilfrid-Laurier Park 🙂

This time we’ll explore the ways in which yogic exercises (like meditation and asanas) and philosophy can help us find balance, strength, and healing.

What will we do?
- 1 h. Vinyasa flow,
- 20 min. Guided meditation,
- 30 min. Discussion session on yogic philosophy.

But don't you worry :) Whether you’re new to meditation, yoga or have practiced for years, you are welcome here just as you are.

The goal is to create a safe, inspiring, and authentic space for spiritual seekers, creative souls, empaths, HSPs and all who want to learn more about meditation and yogic lifestyle -- to support each other’s growth and build strong inner balance and stability in all of us.

We will use meditation and asanas as a tool to deepen our connection with what's real inside us. By becoming more loving, compassionate, brave and connected to our core values, we can uncover the gifts waiting to be shared with the world.

Please come in comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat (!).
