Meditation Class: How to Feel Safe, No Matter What
Details
A gentle space for creatives, curious seekers, open individuals
Dear friends,
This is a low-pressure gathering to come home to our bodies, our breath, and each other — even on the days life feels loud, chaotic, or like too much. No experience needed. No perfect flexibility required. Just you, as you are.
Together, we'll regulate our nervous systems, quiet our minds, meet curious and like-minded people, and replenish our energy through meditation — finding steadiness in places you might not have expected to.
What to expect:
- A gentle yoga session to ground the body and calm the nervous system
- A guided meditation to settle a wandering mind into a quieter, steadier one
- Real connection — meeting others exactly where they are, with honest conversation on topics that matter
- A room of people who get it — no performing, no pretending
The higher the goal, the greater the obstacle. If we can welcome peace, we can also welcome chaos — and understanding that both coexist is its own kind of freedom.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, whether you're here to de-stress or just want to be around people who understand — you're welcome.
Bring: a yoga mat or blanket, comfy clothes, and an open mind.
> *"*In the end, you're trying to find God. That's the result of not being satisfied. And it doesn't matter how much money, or property, or whatever you've got, unless you're happy in your heart, then that's it. And unfortunately, you can never gain perfect happiness unless you've got that state of consciousness that enables that.
