Summary:
Creating a mockup can help you quickly brainstorm, visualize and determine your entire game's look before committing to an idea! Join us this weekend and put your pixel art skills to the test to create pixel art mockups for your dream game, and get feedback from other artists!

In 3 hours, you will either be assembling assets you already made, create extra sprites if needed, or design entirely new game with new tilesets, sprites and/or UI elements!

Tappy will be showing examples of his past game jam mockups, and help you brainstorm ideas for your own mockup!

Take a look at our handy-dandy reference google drive folder for pixel art fundamentals!

Optional tools/software:

Tiled - Powerful & free tileset level editor

Tilesetter - Free demo allows you to quickly create Wang/Blob tilesets, paid version allows you to quickly test tilesets with auto-tiling.
