A routine that powers your mind, body and energy through practices inspired by the natural elements – Earth, Fire, Water, Air.
Let yourself be moved by the medicine of Music and the power of a motivating voice reminding you who you are, what you are here for, and especially that you are not alone!
This practice together will uplift your energy level, give you life force, allow you to be present in your body + release any energy blocks not serving, and allow a safe space for ALL of you to be welcome.
My approach is rooted in authenticy, compassion, empathy, enthusiasm, & reverence for your own path and the body’s needs.
Building community anchored in safety, love, and respect for eachother is my goal.
