Ice plunge in the St. Lawrence River!

Hello all,

We will be meeting up for a dip in the river this Sunday!

Make sure you dress warm and bring a towel to dry yourself afterwards.
If you have never done cold exposure before, it is recommended you build up your tolerance with a few cold showers first. If you have a pre-existing medical condition that may be triggered by sudden changes in body temperature then it is not safe to do an ice plunge.
