Meet & Greet & Market Update

Good day Investors!
It's been a while since we've had a meetup. Pre-covid I was organizing monthly gatherings since 2010! It's time to jump back in and get grooving.
For our first zoom gathering I would like to talk about what is happening with the real estate market from a broker's point of view. Not everything we're seeing and reading online is accurate. There are a lot of stats not being taken into consideration for legal reasons, which skews the rest of the numbers and the forecast. For example, how many visitors per property compared to last year. Are there multiple offers and how many? This information in only observed by working in the market. We do not gather this information for stats.
Secondly, I would love to collaborate with everyone sharing their wants and needs. Whether it be selling, buying or looking for a real estate partner (s).
